【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestocircuit-breakers,themaincontactsofwhichareintendedtobeconnectedtocircuits,theratedvoltageofwhichdoesnotexceed1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c;italsocontainsadditionalrequirementsforintegrallyfusedcircuit-breakers.Itapplieswhatevertheratedcurrents,themethodofconstructionortheproposedapplicationsofthecircuit-breakersmaybe.Therequirementsforcircuit-breakerswhicharealsointendedtoprovideearth-leakageprotectionarecontainedinannexB.Theadditionalrequirementsforcircuit-breakerswithelectronicover-currentprotectionarecontainedinannexF.Theadditionalrequirementsforcircuit-breakersforITsystemsarecontainedinannexH.Therequirementsandtestmethodsforelectromagneticcompatibilityofcircuit-breakersarecontainedinannexJ.Therequirementsforcircuit-breakersnotfulfillingtherequirementsforovercurrentprotectionarecontainedinannexL.Therequirementsformodularresidualcurrentdevices(withoutintegralcurrentbreakingdevice)arecontainedinannexM.Therequirementsandtestmethodsforelectromagneticcompatibilityofcircuit-breakerauxiliariesarecontainedinannexN.Supplementaryrequirementsforcircuit-breakersusedasdirect-on-linestartersaregiveninIEC60947-4-1,applicabletolow-voltagecontactorsandstarters.Therequirementsforcircuit-breakersfortheprotectionofwiringinstallationsinbuildingsandsimilarapplications,anddesignedforusebyuninstructedpersons,arecontainedinIEC60898.Therequirementsforcircuit-breakersforequipment(forexampleelectricalappliances)arecontainedinIEC60934.Forcertainspecificapplications(forexampletraction,rollingmills,marineservice)particularoradditionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.NOTECircuit-breakerswhicharedealtwithinthisstandardmaybeprovidedwithdevicesforautomaticopeningunderpredeterminedconditionsotherthanthoseofover-currentandundervoltageas,forexample,reversalofpowerorcurrent.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththeverificationofoperationundersuchpre-determinedconditions.Theobjectofthisstandardistostate:a)thecharacteristicsofcircuit-breakers;b)theconditionswithwhichcircuit-breakersshallcomplywithreferenceto:1)operationandbehaviourinnormalservice;2)operationandbehaviourincaseofoverloadandoperationandbehaviourincaseofshort-circuit,includingco-ordinationinservice(discriminationandback-upprotection);3)dielectricproperties;c)testsintendedforconfirmingthattheseconditionshavebeenmetandthemethodstobeadoptedforthesetests;d)informationtobemarkedonorgivenwiththeapparatus.
