【摘要】:1.1Thisisanacceptancespecificationfortheultrasonicinspectionofforgedsteelcrankshaftshavingmainbearingjournalsorcrankpins4in.[100mm]orlargerindiameter.1.2Thisspecificationcoversthetestingequipmentrequiredandthetestproceduretobefollowed,anditdefinesthecriticalandnoncriticalareasandlimitsofacceptance.1.3Thisspecificationisintendedtocoverbothcontinuousgrainflow(CGF)crankshaftsformediumandhighspeeddieselenginesaswellassolid(slab)forgedcrankshaftsforotherapplications.1.4Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSI(metric)unitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasthestandard.Withinthetextandtables,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.1.5Unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicable"M"specificationdesignation,theinch-poundunitsshallbeused.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
